Tuesday, March 11th: Vote YES for Auburn Schools!
On Tuesday, March 11th,
voters will renew Auburn School District's Educational Program and
Operations Levy. This four‑year levy replaces an
existing levy that expires at the end of this year.
Your school tax rate will be slightly
less than you are paying now!
This levy provides 18% of our
district's total operating budget.
This replacement levy funds programs
that keep students successful in school. It funds more than 100
teachers and staff, special and gifted education, Advanced Placement,
sports, music, debate and other extracurricular activities, building
maintenance, and bus transportation.
Your school tax rate will not increase!
Voting YES supports kids ands and your
community without increasing your tax rate. In fact, your total school
tax rate will be slightly less than in previous years.
The Auburn School District carefully structures levies and bonds to keep
your school tax rate as low as possible.
